No Reference Video-Quality-Assessment Model for Monitoring Video Quality of IPTV Services

Service providers should monitor the quality of experience of a communication service in real time to confirm its status. To do this, we previously proposed a packet-layer model that can be used for monitoring the average video quality of typical Internet protocol television content using parameters derived from transmitted packet headers.

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane

Reduced-reference video quality assessment using a static video pattern [PDF]

A reduced-reference video quality assessment (VQA) method was proposed by using structural similarity (SSIM) index as a tool to extract features from both the original and the target video sequences, using a reference video pattern.
