SERS Detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 Spike Proteins and IgG Antibodies Using Metallic H‐type Nano‐Apertures

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, EarlyView.
This work introduces a plasmonic H‐shaped nano‐aperture array for label‐free SERS detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 spike protein and IgG antibodies. It achieves a detection limit of 0.85 ng/mL and uses PCA to distinguish biomolecules in liquid, offering a rapid, functionalization‐free diagnostic platform.
