Loop-Nodal and Point-Nodal Semimetals in Three-Dimensional Honeycomb Lattices [PDF]
Honeycomb structure has a natural extension to the three dimensions. Simple examples are hyperhoneycomb and stripy-honeycomb lattices, which are realized in $ $-Li$_{2}$IrO$_{3}$ and $ $-Li$_{2}$IrO$_{3}$, respectively. We propose a wide class of three-dimensional (3D) honeycomb lattices which are loop-nodal semimetals.

Winding numbers of nodal points in Fe-based superconductors
We analyze the nodal points in multi-orbital Fe-based superconductors from a topological perspective. We consider the $s^{+-}$ gap structure with accidental nodes, and the $d$-wave gap with nodes along the symmetry directions.

The paralysis-by-analysis phenomenon, i.e., attending to the execution of one’s movement impairs performance, has gathered a lot of attention over recent years (see Wulf, 2007, for a review).

Performative Control and Rhetoric in Aotearoa New Zealand’s Response to COVID-19
This article analyses how specific nodal points of performative control developed and consequently structured the discourse on Aotearoa New Zealand’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nodal points and the transition from ordered to chaotic Bohmian trajectories
We explore the transition from order to chaos for the Bohmian trajectories of a simple quantum system corresponding to the superposition of three stationary states in a 2D harmonic well with incommensurable frequencies. We study in particular the role of

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Mathematical Model of Drilling Mud Movement along a Shale Shaker Screen
Introduction. When drilling oil or gas wells, rock from the bottomhole is brought to the surface by drilling mud, which is cleaned of sludge by shale shakers at the first stage.

Solution of the inverse problem for Bessel operator on an interval [1,a] $[ 1,a ]$
In this note, we solve the inverse nodal problem for Bessel-type p-Laplacian problem −(y′(p−1))′=(p−1)(λ−ω(x))y(p−1),1≤x≤a,y(1)=y(a)=0, $$\begin{aligned}& - \bigl( y^{{\prime} (p-1)} \bigr) ^{\prime} = ( p-1 ) \bigl( \lambda- \omega(x) \bigr) y^{(p-1 ...

Intrinsic in-plane nodal chain and generalized quaternion charge protected nodal link in photonics
Nodal lines are degeneracies formed by crossing bands in three-dimensional momentum space. Interestingly, these degenerate lines can chain together via touching points and manifest as nodal chains.

Numerical Solutions of Inverse Nodal Problems for a Boundary Value Problem
In this paper, we study inverse nodal problems for a boundary value problem. A uniqueness result for the potential function and a reconstruction method are obtained.
