British Journal of Haematology, EarlyView.A retrospective study of 18 pediatric patients with high‐risk relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma demonstrated that a fixed low‐dose combination of nivolumab and bendamustine achieved an 88% complete response rate, with 1‐year progression‐free survival (PFS) of 88.2% and overall survival (OS) of 94.4%.

Cell Proliferation, EarlyView.hESCsdel18q exhibit delayed and impaired anterior neuroectoderm induction, leading to deficient RPE specification. hESCsdel18q lines showed dysregulation of TGFβ signalling, and endogenous overactivation of activin/nodal/TGFβ in hESCsdel18q leads to improper anterior/posterior neuroectodermal fate commitments.
