Symbiotic exception: the Nod-independent interaction between the Aeschynomene legumes and photosynthetic Bradyrhizobia [PDF]
There was a long-held dogma that the synthetised of Nod factors (NF) by rhizobia was absolutely required to trigger nodule organogenesis in legume. However, the universality of the NF paradigm was recently overturned, by the finding that the genome of ...

Tumor evolution in lung adenocarcinoma is shaped by genetic alterations and spatial immune dynamics. By integrating whole‐exome sequencing, imaging mass cytometry, and spatial transcriptomics across two mouse models, this study reveals how mutational burden, immune infiltration, and cell–state interactions evolve during early and late carcinogenesis ...

PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. These M2 TAMs, along with CAFs, form a barrier that excludes CD8+ T cells. Targeting IL‐6 synergizes with anti‐PD1 therapy, offering a promising strategy for PBRM1‐

Input of nitrogen from N2 fixation to northern grasslands [PDF]
Forage legumes form N2-fixing symbioses with rhizobia and may thus make substantial contributions to the N pool in grasslands. However, to optimize their use as sources of N, it is important to elucidate the effects of management factors that influence ...

Injectable and In Situ Hydration‐Reinforced Hybrid Bone Cements for Accelerated Bone Regeneration
To enable minimally invasive bone defect repair, an injectable and hydration‐reinforced bone cement (L‐PEGS/CPC) is designed through biomimetic reconstruction. The hydrophilic L‐PEGS organic phase provides abundant nucleation sites, synergizing with its porous architecture to accelerate CPC hydration, thereby endowing the composite with exceptional ...
