Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Industrial Fieldbus Improvements in Power Distribution and Conducted Noise Immunity With No Extra Costs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Industrial distributed control continues the move toward networks at all levels. At lower levels, control networks provide flexibility, reliability, and low cost, although perhaps the simplest but most important advantage is the reduced volume of ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Noise immunity of autocorrelation demodulator of signals with differential phase shift keying in the presence of rayleigh fading and harmonic interference

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2020
The wide spread of various radio systems with phase shift keying, including multi-position (MPSK), is due to their high noise immunity and ease of construction of the transmitting and receiving parts of the equipment.

Multi-tone EMC testing strategy for RF-devices [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
In low-cost miniaturized electronic systems, filters are often omitted in front of active non-linear components, potentially resulting in unwanted intermodulation products in the band of operation. Current immunity tests most often use a single-frequency

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

A 2DCNN-RF Model for Offshore Wind Turbine High-Speed Bearing-Fault Diagnosis under Noisy Environment

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
The vibration signals for offshore wind-turbine high-speed bearings are often contaminated with noises due to complex environmental and structural loads, which increase the difficulty of fault detection and diagnosis.
