Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

A Pattern Construction Scheme for Neural Network-Based Cognitive Communication

open access: yesEntropy, 2011
Inefficient utilization of the frequency spectrum due to conventional regulatory limitations and physical performance limiting factors, mainly the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), are prominent restrictions in digital wireless communication.

Low-Power Register File Design in 90nm CMOS Technology [PDF]

open access: yesمجله مدل سازی در مهندسی, 2018
The main portion of the power consumption in high speed register files is related to read out paths which are implemented using the dynamic circuits.

Optimal nonlinear filtering of MPSK signals in the presence of a Doppler frequency shift

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2022
Objectives. Phase-shift keyed (PSK) signals are widely used in many telecommunication, communication, and cellular information transmission systems. Phase-shift keying provides a higher noise immunity than amplitude and frequency modulations do.

TV synchronization system features stability and noise immunity [PDF]

open access: yes, 1967
Horizontal jitter in the video presentation in television systems is prevented by using an additional sync level. This circuitry uses simultaneous signals at both sync and porch frequencies, providing a sync identification from which a coincidence ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Optimal reception of multiple phase shift keying and quadrature amplitude modulation signals with non-coherent processing of harmonic interference

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2023
Objectives. Analysis of the reception noise immunity of multiple phase shift keying (M-PSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (M-QAM) signals has demonstrated a significant reduction in the quality of reception of discrete information due to the ...

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Effect of synchronization system errors on the reception noise immunity of amplitude-phase shift keyed signals

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2023
Objectives. An urgent task in the context of modern radio and television systems is to improve the quality and quantity of transmitted information. For example, the use of multiple amplitude-phase shift keyed (APSK) signals—16-APSK and 32-APSK—in digital
