Seamlessly Machine‐Knitted Multi‐Sensor Garment to Monitor and Quantify Dynamic Upper Body Movement

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
A seamlessly machine‐knitted multi‐sensor garment, that can detect multiplanar dynamic shoulder and elbow motion, is demonstrated. The garment has four strain sensors connected to a circuit board via flexible interconnects, with all components integrated into the fabric in a single manufacturing step.

Single‐Step Fabrication of Monolithic Flexible Capacitive Pressure Sensors With Enhanced Sensitivity via Femtosecond Laser Direct Writing and Microhole Structuring

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
This study presents a single‐step femtosecond laser‐based approach for fabricating flexible capacitive pressure sensors within a gelatin‐silver nitrate matrix. Sensitivity‐enhancing microholes are first created using an amplified femtosecond laser beam, followed by direct writing of flexible metallic silver electrodes.

Self‐Healing and Ultra‐Stretchable Hydrogel Strain Sensor Based on Poly (AAm‐co‐AMPS) for Multifunctional Biomedical Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
A UV‐curable hydrogel strain sensor with ultrahigh stretchability (1000%), rapid self‐healing (3 s), and durability over 1000 cycles is reported. The sensor exhibits fast response/recovery (414/460 ms) and reliable motion monitoring on joints and muscles.

Customizable 3D‐Printed SiC Photocatalysts for Microplastic Capture and Degradation under Flow and Static Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Sustainable Systems, EarlyView.
Microplastics (MPs) are persistent environmental pollutants that adsorb hazardous compounds and bioaccumulate, posing risks to ecosystems and human health. Photocatalytic degradation offers a sustainable solution, but conventional powder‐based photocatalysts hinder scalability.
