Electronic equipment noise in video facilities
The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1989Noise from electronic equipment is a significant problem for many video studios and ancillary facilities. Frequent efforts to control room ventilation noise are negated by noisy components that must be located within the critical spaces themselves. This paper will review acoustical design considerations for a few recent case histories.

Improving the noise immunity of receiving video distorted white Gaussian noise
2016 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON), 2016The method of a nonlinear three-dimensional filtering of the video images distorted by additive white Gaussian noise is considered. Improvement of noise immunity of reception of noisy images achieved through the effective use of statistical redundancy video-sequence. The method is used filtering theory of conditional Markov processes.

Video de-noising and parallel implementation for full HD video conferencing
2013 IEEE Third International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST), 2013In this paper, we propose a new de-noising algorithm to handle the mixture of salt and pepper noise and Gaussian noise in videoconference. The algorithm detects the type of noise according to the human visual characteristics first, and then uses median filter to remove salt and pepper noise, and spatial-temporal adaptive filter to remove Gaussian noise.
