Investigating The Relationship between Stock Market Returns and Inflation in Different Time Scales in Tehran Stock Exchange using Wavelet transform [PDF]
This paper presents a new perspective on the Fisher hypothesis, which states a positiverelationship between nominal stock returns and inflation. The new approach is based on a waveletmultiscaling method that decomposes a given time series on a scale-by ...

Building machine‐readable vocabularies for materials science is slow, expert‐driven work. This study benchmarks 13 large language models on two of its first steps: finding candidate terms in engineering articles and deciding where they belong in a class hierarchy.

The community‐driven Platform MaterialDigital Core Ontology (PMDco) 3.0 is introduced as a Basic Formal Ontology‐aligned semantic backbone for the processing–structure–properties paradigm in Materials Science and Engineering. Modular engineering, automated releases, and validation workflows are highlighted and key semantic patterns for materials ...

Electrostatic Superlattices Beyond 1:1 Stoichiometry
Polymer‐mediated charge regulation drives two hierarchical routes to higher‐stoichiometry nanoparticle superlattices. Tuning the polymer's molecular weight promotes progressive interstitial filling, transforming ZnS into the fully occupied CaF2${\rm CaF}_2$ lattice. Exchanging polymer assignment between large and small nanoparticles instead breaks CsCl

Italian joint-stock companies from 1938 to 1948
The article describes: (1) the characteristics and causes of the reduction in the number of joint stock companies over the period from 1938 to 1948; (2) the variations in their distribution among the economic groups and over the different regions, both ...

Idiosyncratic volatility and nominal stock prices: evidence from approximate factor structures [PDF]
Approximate factor structures defined by Chamberlain and Rotschild (1983) allow to test whether a given quantitative firm characteristic (the nominal stock price in this paper) is a determinant of the idiosyncratic volatility of stock returns. Our study of 8,000 U.S stocks over the period 1980-2014 shows that small price stocks exhibit a higher ...

A Li2O‐rich solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) is engineered on graphite through a propylene carbonate‐based electrolyte to spatially regulate Li plating. The homogeneous interphase lowers Li nucleation barriers, promotes conformal Li deposition around graphite particles, and suppresses dendritic accumulation, enabling durable hybrid Li‐ion/Li‐metal ...

We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). HPMC improves thermal stability, while an optimized ISL enhances EC performance.
