Sex differences in plasma clozapine and norclozapine concentrations in clinical practice and in relation to body mass index and plasma glucose concentrations: a retrospective survey [PDF]
Background Clozapine is widely prescribed and, although effective, can cause weight gain and dysglycemia. The dysmetabolic effects of clozapine are thought to be more prevalent in women with this gender on average attaining 17 % higher plasma clozapine ...

Pattern of Progression of Oral Potentially Malignant Disorders From Real‐World Data: A 24‐Year Study
ABSTRACT Background Oral potentially malignant disorder (OPMD) prognostication is limited by uncertainty of which lesions will progress and the aggressiveness of lesion progression. We defined patterns and kinetics of progression in a large cohort of OPMD subjected to serial clinical and histologic examinations. Methods This 24‐year study evaluated the

The concept of entropy spatial-energy interactions is used to reflect the similar views on the statistical thermodynamics of entropy. The resulting nomogram is obtained for estimating the entropy of various processes. The authors discuss the variety of manifestations of entropy, including the biochemical processes in the economy.

What's New? Using 21 SNPs, two novel PRS were constructed and used to develop two new machine‐learning classifiers, one for the detection of prostate cancer and the other for the prediction of its aggressiveness and subsequent mortality. The classifier for disease detection is built using the PRS as the sole feature, whereas the one for disease ...
