Properties of non-associative MV-algebras [PDF]

open access: yesMathematica Slovaca, 2017
Abstract Non-associative MV-algebras (NMV-algebras) (A, ⊕, ¬, 0) were introduced in [CHAJDA, I.—KÜHR, J.: A non-associative generalization of MV-algebras, Math. Slovaca 57 (2007), 301–312]. In the present paper we prove some properties of these algebras, investigate when intervals of the form [a, 1] can be made into NMV-algebras in some

Useful Theorems on Commutative Non-associative Algebras [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the Edinburgh Mathematical Society, 1967
Recently J. M. Osborn has investigated the structure of a simple commutative non-associative algebra with unity element satisfying a polynomial identity, (4), (5) and (6). From his work it seems likely that if such an algebra is of degree three or more it is necessarily power-associative.

Non-associative Kleene Algebra and Temporal Logics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We introduce new variants of Kleene star and omega iteration for the case where the iterated operator is neither associative nor has a neutral element. The associated repetition algebras are used to give closed semantic expressions for the Until and While operators of the temporal logic \(\mathsf {CTL}^*\) and its sublogics \(\mathsf {CTL}\) and ...

A Natural Basis for Spinor and Vector Fields on the Noncommutative sphere

open access: yes, 1997
The product of two Heisenberg-Weil algebras contains the Jordan-Schwinger representation of su(2). This Algebra is quotiented by the square-root of the Casimir to produce a non-associative algebra denoted by $\Psi$.

Lifting Grobner bases from the exterior algebra

open access: yes, 2000
In the article "Non-commutative Grobner bases for commutative algebras", Eisenbud-Peeva-Sturmfels proved a number of results regarding Grobner bases and initial ideals of those ideals in the free associative algebra which contain the commutator ideal. We

Non-associative algebras of cubic matrices and their gauge theories

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Motivated by M-theory, we define a new type of non-associative algebra involving usual and cubic matrices at the same time. The resulting algebra can be regarded as a two-term truncated L ∞ algebra giving rise to a fundamental identity between the two ...

SOME RESULTS ON NON-ASSOCIATIVE ALGEBRAS [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Korean Mathematical Society, 2007
We define the non-associative algebra W (n, m, m + s) and we show that it is simple. We find the non-associative algebra automorphism group Autnon(W (1, 0, 0)) of W (1, 0, 0). Also we find that any derivation of W (1, 0, 0) is a scalar derivation in this paper.

Topology of quasi divisor graphs associated with non-associative algebra

open access: yesAin Shams Engineering Journal
The visualization of graphs representing algebraic structures has increasingly gained traction in chemical engineering research, emerging as a significant scientific challenge in contemporary studies.

Perturbative 4D conformal field theories and representation theory of diagram algebras

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
The correlators of free four dimensional conformal field theories (CFT4) have been shown to be given by amplitudes in two-dimensional so(4, 2) equivariant topological field theories (TFT2), by using a vertex operator formalism for the correlators.

Automorphic Orbits in Free Non-associative Algebras

open access: yesJournal of Algebra, 2001
Let \(A\) denote a free finitely generated algebra in one of the following three varieties of (non-associative) algebras over a field \(F\): all algebras, all commutative algebras (in which case char \(F\neq 2\)), all anti-commutative algebras. A system of elements of \(A\) is said to be primitive if it is contained in some set of free generators of ...
