Associated Constraint Based Non-Binary Arc Consistency for Non-Binary CSP
2007 International Conference on Wireless Communications, Networking and Mobile Computing, 2007Arc consistency has been successfully applied to binary constraint satisfaction problem but cannot be generalized to effectively preprocess non-binary constraint satisfaction problem (NCSP). Associated constraint based non-binary arc consistency (nACBA) for preprocessing NCSP was proposed in this paper.

From Non-Binary Gender to Non-Binary Sexual Orientation
Abstract This chapter motivates the idea that the metaphysics of gender should not be done completely independently of the metaphysics of gender. I argue that the connections between gender and sexual orientation are clearest when considering the butch/trans border wars. For example, the gender binary can, to some extent, be expressedopenaire +1 more source

Non-binary GLD codes and their lattices
2015 IEEE Information Theory Workshop (ITW), 2015The recently discovered family of generalized low-density (GLD) lattices brings new mathematical challenges to coding theorists and practitioners. Given the excellent performance of integer GLD lattices in high dimensions and motivated by the simple lattice structure used for fast iterative decoding, this paper is a first attempt to analyze GLD ...

Papers: Explorations into Children's Literature
Narratologist Susan S. Lanser argues ‘that questions of representation, and especially of queer representation, are as much questions of form as of content’ (2015, p. 24). As marginalised identities, such as those under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, are increasingly represented in fiction for young audiences, the creative methods authors use to construct ...

Methodologically innovative in its use of mixed-media diary research, this timely book offers a focused sociological study of non-binary people’s identities and experiences in the UK. From negotiating a sense of legitimacy when ‘not feeling trans enough’ to how identities can shift over time, it reveals important nuances of diverse gender identities ...

A Non-Binary Parallel Arithmetic Architecture
2000In this paper we present a novel parallel arithmetic architecture using an efficient non-binary logic scheme. We show that by using parallel broadcasting (or domino propagating) state signals, on short reconfigurable buses equipped with a type of switches, called GP (generate-propagate) shift switches, several arithmetic operations can be carried out ...
