Non-intrusive load monitoring for water (WaterNILM) [PDF]
Better water consumption decisions benefit from detailed use information. Easily installed non-intrusive vibration sensors provide a “no-fuss” retrofit solution for detecting the operation of water consuming appliances. The sensors measure pipe vibration, which are revealed to be a rich source of information for identifying loads.

Incorporating coincidental water data into non-intrusive load monitoring
Non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM) as the process of extracting the usage pattern of appliances from the aggregated power signal is among successful approaches aiding residential energy management. In recent years, high volume datasets on power profiles have become available, which has helped make classification methods employed for the NILM purpose ...

Oxygen Evolution Reaction Catalysts for Acidic‐Media CO2 Electrolyzers
Acidic‐media CO2 electroreduction (CO2R) could decarbonize chemical production, despite relying on rare‐earth elements for anodic oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Transferring the learnings from mature sister technologies (water electrolysis) could accelerate technological development.
