Vibration characteristics of non-isolated chain saws

Journal of Sound and Vibration, 1974
The acceleration power spectra and structural resonance conditions were examined for a non-isolated medium sized chain saw. The results of the tests indicated that vibration at the frequency corresponding to the operating speed of the saw was primarily due to the fundamental shaking forces caused by the unbalanced reciprocating masses of the slider ...

A deformation theory for non-isolated singularities

Abhandlungen aus dem Mathematischen Seminar der Universität Hamburg, 1990
With this paper, we get enough knowledge of the deformation theory for non-isolated singularities. The contents are the following: {\S} 1 The functor of admissible deformations (functors for hypersurfaces), {\S} 2 Infinitesimal theory (deformations of \(\Sigma\), the complex D(\(\Sigma\),f)).

Paralleling non-isolated multi-phase PWM converters

Conference Record of the 2000 IEEE Industry Applications Conference. Thirty-Fifth IAS Annual Meeting and World Conference on Industrial Applications of Electrical Energy (Cat. No.00CH37129), 2002
In paralleling converters, it is desirable to have a directly connected structure because of compact size, low cost, simplicity and easy expandability. However, the parallel converters may have interactions due to their nonisolation. This paper develops an average model of the parallel converters in rotating coordinates.

Finite Determinacy of Functions with Non-Isolated Singularities

Proceedings of the London Mathematical Society, 1988
If I is the ideal defining the germ of an analytic space (\(\Sigma\),o) in \(({\mathbb{C}}^ m,0)\) we look at all functions which have (\(\Sigma\),O) in their singular locus and call this collection \(\int I\). The group \({\mathcal D}_ I\) of all local analytic isomorphisms of \(({\mathbb{C}}^ m,O)\) which leave (\(\Sigma\),O) invariant acts on \(\int

Non-isolated flyback switching capacitor voltage regulator

2011 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, 2011
This paper proposes a novel non-isolated flyback switching capacitor voltage regulator. The converter is a combination of a switching capacitor converter and a PWM voltage regulator, and it has the following advantages: 1) The switches achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS).

Some Results on Non-Isolated Resolving Number

Communications on Applied Nonlinear Analysis
Connected graphs G. W = {w1, w2,..., wk} is a subset of V with a predetermined order. The line vector r(v|W) = (d(v, w1), d(v, w2),..., d(v, wk)) is the measurement depicting v with regards to W for each v ∈ V. If V's vertex utilize various metrics, W resolves G. Their fundamental magnitude, dim(G), is their lowest cardinality.
