Personalized Zebrafish Models for Fusion‐Positive Pediatric Sarcomas

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Clinical sequencing efforts have revolutionized our approaches to categorizing pediatric cancers in real time. This has dramatically improved our ability to profile pediatric tumors, identify actionable vulnerabilities, and influence clinical care.

SPEECH SEPARATION BY MODIFIED DEEP NON-LINEAR FILTERING MODEL

open access: yesЕлектроніка та інформаційні технології
Background. Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems in single-channel experimental setups perform poorly in real-world scenarios when several talkers are placed near a microphone.

Adaptive Unscented Kalman Filter for Target Tracking with Unknown Time-Varying Noise Covariance

open access: yesSensors, 2019
The unscented Kalman filter (UKF) is widely used to address the nonlinear problems in target tracking. However, this standard UKF shows unstable performance whenever the noise covariance mismatches.

A study on input noise second-order filtering and smoothing of linear stochastic discrete systems with packet dropouts

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2020
We investigate non-Gaussian noise second-order filtering and fixed-order smoothing problems for non-Gaussian stochastic discrete systems with packet dropouts.

The optimization of a class of non-linear filters

open access: yesProceedings of the IEE Part C: Monographs, 1960
Some time invariant non-linear filters of Zadeh's class ? are optimized. A method is proposed for the physical realization of these filters as multipath structures, which consist of, in general, an orthonormal set of non-linear zero memory polynomial functions, each of which is followed by a linear memory network in cascade.

Admixture Mapping Reveals Candidate Regions for Methotrexate Neurotoxicity Susceptibility: A Reducing Disparities in Acute Leukemia Consortium Report

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Neurotoxicity is a rare, often dose‐limiting adverse effect of methotrexate (MTX) therapy that disproportionally affects Latino children. Factors contributing to the observed disparity are not well understood. This study leveraged admixture mapping to identify genetic regions associated with MTX‐related neurotoxicity susceptibility ...

Classification of digital non-linear filters by discrete convolutions

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений. Поволжский регион:Технические науки, 2022
Background. In the field of digital signal processing, there are many problems that can not be solved with traditional linear filtering methods. In particular, the use of linear filtering does not allow separating signal from the noise in the case when

Ovarian Sex Cord Stromal Tumors in Children and Adolescents—The European Standard Clinical Practice Recommendations

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As part of the European Cooperative Study Group for Paediatric Rare Tumours initiative, we developed standard clinical practice guidelines for ovarian sex cord stromal tumors, based on comprehensive national and international cohort analyses, literature review, and a final expert consensus conference.

A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in Uremic Toxins From 1991 to 2024

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Uremic toxins are a growing area of research in nephrology, with significant implications in the progression and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the management of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD). This bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate the global research trends, key contributors, and the impact of publications in ...

Comparative Evaluation of Hemodiafiltration, Hemoperfusion, and Standard Hemodialysis on Efficacy, Inflammatory Control, Dialysis Adequacy, and Safety in End‐Stage Renal Disease: A Prospective Observational Study

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Chronic micro‐inflammation in patients with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant driver of cardiovascular complications and diminished quality of life. While standard hemodialysis (SHD) effectively manages small‐molecule clearance, its ability to remove medium‐to‐large uremic toxins—the primary catalysts of systemic ...
