Dual‐templating surface gel into thin SSZ‐13 zeolite membrane for fast selective hydrogen separation

Submicron SSZ‐13 zeolite membranes in high continuity were synthesized from dual‐templated surface gels. The templates directed and regulated the crystallization of the SSZ‐13 zeolite, and the surface gel determined the thickness of the membrane.

Denotational Semantics for Probabilistic and Concurrent Programs [PDF]

We develop a denotational model for programs that have standard programming constructs such as conditionals and while-loops, as well as probabilistic and concurrent commands. Whereas semantic models for languages with either concurrency or randomization are well studied, their combination is limited to languages with bounded loops.

Programmable NIR Responsive Nanocomposite Enables Noninvasive Intratympanic Delivery of Dexamethasone to Reverse Cisplatin Induced Hearing Loss

In this study, saponin‐coated silica@gold nanocarriers responsive to NIR radiation is developed to enhance intratympanic drug delivery for cisplatin‐induced hearing loss (CIHL) treatment. The biocompatibility and oto‐protective properties are validated both in vitro and in vivo.

Functional Polarization of Liver Macrophages by Glyco Gold Nanoparticles

Macrophages play a critical role in several pathophysiological diseases by being involved in the activation of adaptive and innate immune responses. The repolarization of macrophages using gold nanoparticles functionalized with glycans for a more selective targeting toward a restorative phenotype leads to an amelioration of the events.
