Oscillation and non-oscillation of some neutral differential equations of odd order
An existence criterion for nonoscillatory solution for an odd order neutral differential equation is provided. Some sufficient conditions are also given for the oscillation of solutions of some nth order equations with nonlinearity in the neutral term.

Experimental Status of Neutrino Physics
After a fascinating phase of discoveries, neutrino physics still has a few mysteries such as the absolute mass scale, the mass hierarchy, the existence of CP violation in the lepton sector and the existence of right-handed neutrinos.

Oscillating and non-oscillating contributions in the Porod law
Experimental Ih4 plots often show damped oscillating terms. The first non-oscillating term describing the interface curvature effects is given by the Kirste-Porod formula for regular surfaces. It provides a positive h-2 contribution to Ih4. In the presence of sharp edges and vertices on otherwise planar interfaces an additional negative h-2 term occurs.

Light activation of the photoswitchable cannabinoid ligand azo‐HU308 triggers Ca2+ influx in pancreatic β‐cells through TRPC channels, independent of CB2 cannabinoid receptors. This reveals a non‐GPCR pathway for cannabinoid modulation of β‐cell Ca2+ dynamics and establishes azo‐HU308 as an optical tool to study cannabinoid signaling through TRP ...

Lost in clocks: non‐canonical circadian oscillation discovered in Drosophila cells
In most organisms, cell‐autonomous circadian clocks are driven by a transcription–translation negative feedback loop (TTFL). Per was the first identified clock gene in the fruit fly and is a core component of the circadian TTFL.

Feedback Stabilization of First Order Neutral Delay Systems Using the Lambert W Function
This paper presents a new approach to stabilize the first order neutral delay differential systems with two time delays. First, we provided a few oscillation and non-oscillation criteria for the neutral delay differential equations using spectrum ...

The Timing of Reward-Seeking Action Tracks Visually-Cued Theta Oscillations in Primary Visual Cortex [PDF]
An emerging body of work challenges the view that primary visual cortex (V1) represents the visual world faithfully. Theta oscillations in the local field potential (LFP) of V1 have been found to convey temporal expectations and, specifically, to express

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.
