RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware

Non-philosophy and Laurelle's From Decision to Heresy

open access: yes, 2022
With Principles of Non-Philosophy, Laruelle elaborates on the concepts and methods of non-philosophy with even greater attention. Yet he carries out this elaboration without much mention or textual analysis of the history of philosophy one sees in Philosophies of Difference.

People Counting and Positioning Using Low‐Resolution Infrared Images for FeFET‐Based In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
In this work, low‐resolution infrared imaging is combined with a 28 nm FeFET IMC architecture to enable compact, energy‐efficient edge inference. MLC FeFET devices are experimentally characterized, and controlled multi‐level current accumulation is validated at crossbar array level.

Borges y la política de la expresión. La transvaloración del pasado nacional [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
La idea de que es posible producir nuevas formas de subjetividad, a través de un uso inteligente de la expresión, ha sido recurrente en la literatura moderna y contemporánea. La ficción, en este sentido, ha jugado un papel central en la (des)construcción
