Immune‐Driven Expression in Inclusion Body Myositis With T‐Cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia
ABSTRACT Objectives T‐cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T‐LGLL), reported in up to 58% of inclusion body myositis (IBM) patients, is a rare leukemia of cytotoxic or less commonly helper T cells. The range of myopathies in T‐LGLL and the impact of coexisting T‐LGLL in IBM are not well understood. Our objectives are to investigate the spectrum of

Graph Laplacians and their convergence on random neighborhood graphs
Given a sample from a probability measure with support on a submanifold in Euclidean space one can construct a neighborhood graph which can be seen as an approximation of the submanifold.

ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the value of constructing models based on habitat radiomics and pathomics for predicting the risk of progression in high‐grade gliomas. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) images and pathological sections from 72 patients diagnosed with high‐grade gliomas (52 ...

Statistical Inference with Nonignorable Non-Probability Survey Samples
Statistical inference with non-probability survey samples is an emerging topic in survey sampling and official statistics and has gained increased attention from researchers and practitioners in the field. Much of the existing literature, however, assumes that the participation mechanism for non-probability samples is ignorable.

Traumatic Microhemorrhages Are Not Synonymous With Axonal Injury
ABSTRACT Diffuse axonal injury (DAI) is caused by acceleration‐deceleration forces during trauma that shear white matter tracts. Susceptibility‐weighted MRI (SWI) identifies microbleeds that are considered the radiologic hallmark of DAI and are used in clinical prognostication.

ABSTRACT Introduction Spinal cord infarction (SCI) is a rare but devastating myelopathy, characterized by a high disability rate and an unfavorable prognosis. It has often been underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed as idiopathic transverse myelitis (ITM). This study aimed to describe the clinical features, radiological biomarkers, treatments, and functional ...

A Bayesian approach for combining probability and non-probability samples surveys
Our paper proposes a method of combining probability and non-probability samples to improve analytic inference on logistic regression model parameters. A Bayesian framework is considered where only a small probability sample is available and the information from a parallel non-probability sample is provided naturally through the prior.
