Simultaneous Network Design With Restricted Link Usage
ABSTRACT Given a digraph with two terminal vertices s$$ s $$ and t$$ t $$ as well as a conservative cost function and several not necessarily disjoint color classes on its arc set, our goal is to find a minimum‐cost subset of the arcs such that its intersection with each color class contains an s$$ s $$‐t$$ t $$ dipath.

An Adaptive Multiple Shooting Strategy for Optimal Control
We study how multiple shooting affects the convergence of Newton‐type methods for optimal control, comparing several shooting strategies across 40 benchmark problems. The study covers interior‐point and sequential quadratic programming methods with both Quasi‐Newton approximations and exact Hessians.

Field degradation inducing changes in the Polyamide 11 permeability. ABSTRACT This study investigates how long‐term natural aging affects the CO2 permeability of polyamide 11 (PA11) pressure sheaths recovered from decommissioned flexible risers. PA11 samples were extracted from two 18‐year‐old risers—a gas‐lift line and an oil‐production line—and ...
