Discussing Redundancy Issues in Intelligent Agent-Based Non-traditional Grids
Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2008In this paper is presented an improved model of ambient intelligent based on non-traditional Grids. It is studied the fault tolerance of the proposed model taking into account the redundancy at link level.

NON-TRADITIONAL GRIDS EMBEDDED IN ℤn
International Journal of Shape Modeling, 2008The two-dimensional hexagonal grid and the three-dimensional face-centered cubic grid can be described by intersecting ℤ3 and ℤ4 with (hyper)planes. Corresponding grids in higher dimensions are examined. Also, we explain the connection between a number of well-known three-dimensional grids by using this construction. The union of four hyperplanes (in a

Intrusions Detection in Intelligent Agent-Based Non-traditional Grids
2009 International Conference on Education Technology and Computer, 2009The architecture of intelligent grid offers a solution to the existing problems in ambient intelligence, based on intelligent agents. State-of-the-art concerns regarding intelligent agents based systems are showing the necessity of developing techniques for addressing the problem of security and fault tolerance.

Redundancy at Link Level for Non-Traditional Grids Implemented with Intelligent Agents
2008 Fourth International Conference on Networked Computing and Advanced Information Management, 2008In this paper are presented state-of-the-art concerns regarding networked systems. A non-traditional parallel model based on intelligent agents is proposed here and its distinctive problem of attaining reliability is addressed based on redundancy. Different levels of redundancy are then discussed.

Fault Tolerance Issues in Non-Traditional Grids Implemented with Intelligent Agents
2008 International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering, 2008The scope of this paper is to present the necessity to improve the existent ambient intelligence model with respect to data security. The security of such a model poses a great challenge due to the fact that different networks are mixing in order to provide such an environment. In addition, these networks are generally deployed and then left unattended.
