Numerical Solution of Multiple Internal Rate of Return with Non-conventional Cash Flows
This paper focuses on solving methods of multiple internal rates of return (MIRR) of the series of non-conventional cash flow when the net present value is equal to zero. The internal rate of return is a popular rule for project acceptance/rejection.

Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).

Translating whole‐genome doubling into precision medicine in cancer
Whole‐genome doubling creates a WGD‐positive tumor state characterized by persistent chromosomal instability, karyotypic diversification, and cellular stress. These same biological pressures drive aggressive tumor evolution while exposing therapeutic vulnerabilities, providing a rationale for WGD‐informed precision medicine. Whole‐genome doubling (WGD)

Evaluation Of Semen And Non-Return Rate Of Bulls In Artificial Insemination (AI) Center
The experiment was conducted to evaluate the bull performance based on semen quality and 60 days non-return rate. Data were collected from 60 ejaculates and 525 services. Semen for insemination was used from bulls of different genetic groups (2 Holstein cross, 1 Sindhi cross, 1 Sahiwal cross and 1 Red Chittagong). Individual bull effect was found to be

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

THE IMPACT OF NON-PERFORMING LOANS AND THE BI RATE ON RETURN ON ASSETS
The increase in interest rates also brings changes in the management of funding sources and distribution of funds (credit). Changes in interest rates of course not only affect the profits generated by banks, but also how banks manage the interest income earned and interest paid.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
