Engineering tandem VHHs to target different epitopes to enhance antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated cytotoxicity

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Control of Nonlinear Distributed Parameter Systems Based on Global Approximation [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2014
We extend an iterative approximation method to nonlinear, distributed parameter systems given by partial differential and functional equations. The nonlinear system is approached by a sequence of linear time-varying systems, which globally converges in the limit to the original nonlinear systems considered. This allows many linear control techniques to

The Relationship Between Inflammation and Central Nervous System in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Aim Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelination disease that is seen especially in the young population and has a progressive course, causing motor, sensory, and cognitive deficits. In the literature, the pathogenesis of MS disease and the interconnection between the immune and central nervous system in the disease have not been fully ...

Robust control by non-linear system include uncertain parameters

open access: yesRUDN Journal of Engineering Research, 2009
In this paper we focus on research of the task of robust non-linear object's control in situation when information about variation of parameters is not fully complete. Necessary and sufficient conditions of stabilization and d-robust control are received.

Optimization of Nonlinear Systems in Controlling Parameters

open access: yesIFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2001
The optimization of a quadratic phase dynamical system in controlling parameters is considered. The exact formula of cost function increment in optimization problem is described. On the base of exact formula a gradient vector and matrix of second partial derivatives for cost function are obtained. The computing of optimal parameters is done with second

Prediction of Myasthenia Gravis Worsening: A Machine Learning Algorithm Using Wearables and Patient‐Reported Measures

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness with potential life‐threatening crises. Timely interventions may be delayed by limited access to care and fragmented documentation. Our objective was to develop predictive algorithms for MG deterioration using multimodal telemedicine data ...

Nonlinear Adaptive Boundary Control of the Modified Generalized Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers Equation

open access: yesComplexity, 2020
In this paper, we study the nonlinear adaptive boundary control problem of the modified generalized Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers equation (MGKdVB) when the spatial domain is 0,1.
