On small energy stabilization in the NLKG with a trapping potential
We consider a nonlinear Klein Gordon equation (NLKG) with short range potential with eigenvalues and show that in the contest of complex valued solutions the small standing waves are attractors for small solutions of the NLKG.

Electrically Tunable On‐Chip Topological Photonics with Integrated Carbon Nanotubes
This work demonstrates electrically tunable on‐chip topological THz devices by integrating 2D carbon nanotube (CNT) sheets with valley‐Hall photonic crystals, enabling broadband transmission modulation (71% modulation depth) and tunable narrowband filtering (0.54 GHz shift) through electrically induced thermal tuning. This advancement paves the way for

Third-order nonlinear Hall effect in two-dimensional Dirac systems
We theoretically investigate the third-order nonlinear Hall effect by employing the quantum kinetic equation and present an analytic formula for the third-order harmonic conductivity, where the intraband and the mixed inter-band contributions caused by ...

Nonlinear Dirac equations and nonlinear gauge transformations
Nonlinear Dirac equations (NLDE) are derived through a group N^2 of nonlinear (gauge) transformation acting in the corresponding state space. The construction generalises a construction for nonlinear Schr dinger equations. To relate N^2 with physically motivated principles we assume: locality (i.e. it contains no explicit derivative and no derivatives

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Introduction: the problem of integrability of nonlinear partial differential equations, even for the second order, is not always an obvious fact, since inding a general solution is possible only in rare cases.

Efficient Charge Transport in Zero‐Dimensional Perovskite for Ultrahigh‐Sensitivity X‐Ray Detection
A novel mono‐octahedral 0D Bi‐based Dpy3Bi2I12 perovskite strengthens the internal hydrogen bonds and forms a quasi‐2D lattice, exhibits exceptional charge transport and mobility, achieving high X‐ray sensitivity and ultralow‐dose imaging, and setting a new benchmark for 0D detector performance.

Factorization of the Non-Stationary Schrodinger Operator
We consider a factorization of the non-stationary Schrodinger operator based on the parabolic Dirac operator introduced by Cerejeiras/ Kahler/ Sommen. Based on the fundamental solution for the parabolic Dirac operators, we shall construct appropriated ...

Meissner Effect and Nonreciprocal Charge Transport in Non‐Topological 1T‐CrTe2/FeTe Heterostructures
This work demonstrates interface‐induced superconductivity (Tc ∼12 K) with a robust Meissner effect and pronounced nonreciprocal transport in epitaxial 1T‐CrTe2/FeTe heterostructures, where 1T‐CrTe2 is a 2D ferromagnet, and FeTe is an antiferromagnetic metal.
