Large Deviations for Nonlinear Stochastic Schrodinger Equation [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
Large deviation principle by the weak convergence approach is established for the stochastic nonlinear Schrodinger equation in one-dimension and as an application the exit problem is investigated.

Characterization and Inhibition of the Chaperone Function of Plasmodium falciparum Glucose‐Regulated Protein 94 kDa (Pf Grp94)

open access: yesProteins: Structure, Function, and Bioinformatics, Volume 93, Issue 5, Page 957-971, May 2025.
ABSTRACT Plasmodium falciparum expresses four heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) members. Among these, one, glucose‐regulated protein 94 (PfGrp94), is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Both the cytosolic and ER‐based Hsp90s are essential for parasite survival under all growth conditions.

Microwave Power Dependence of Electric Dipole Spin Resonance

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), EarlyView.
The electric dipole spin resonance mediated by spin–orbit interaction (SOI) in quantum dots is analyzed. When the SOI Hamiltonian is proportional to the cube of the momentum operator, the effective spin Hamiltonian includes a residual spin‐momentum coupling term.

Unique continuation for the Schrodinger equation with gradient vector potentials [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2006
We obtain unique continuation results for Schrodinger equations with time dependent gradient vector potentials. This result with an appropriate modification also yields unique continuation properties for solutions of certain nonlinear Schrodinger equations.

Envelope Solitons of Nonlinear Schrodinger Equation with an Anti-cubic Nonlinearity [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
On the basis of a recently-proposed method to find solitary solutions of generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equations [1]-[3], the existence of an envelope solitonlike solutions of a nonlinear Schrodinger equation containing an anti-cubic nonlinearity (|Psi|^{-4} Psi) plus a "regular" nonlinear part is investigated.

Wave group dynamics in weakly nonlinear long-wave models [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
Wave group dynamics is studied in the framework of the extended Korteweg-de Vries equation. The nonlinear Schrodinger equation is derived for weakly nonlinear wave packets, and the condition for modulational instability is obtained. It is shown that wave

The new solitary wave structures for the (2 + 1)-dimensional time-fractional Schrodinger equation and the space-time nonlinear conformable fractional Bogoyavlenskii equations

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2020
The present paper employs the space-time fractional nonlinear Bogoyavlenskii equation and Schrodinger equation. We perform a new method to take some new solitary wave phenomena for each equation.

Concentration and compactness in nonlinear Schrodinger-Poisson system with a general nonlinearity [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2009
In this paper we use a concentration and compactness argument to prove the existence of a nontrivial nonradial solution to the nonlinear Schrodinger-Poisson equations in R3, assuming on the nonlinearity the general hypotheses introduced by Berestycki ...
