Asymptotically periodic solutions of Volterra integral equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2016
We study the existence of asymptotically periodic solutions of a nonlinear Volterra integral equation. In the process, we obtain the existence of periodic solutions of an associated nonlinear integral equation with infinite delay.

Analisis Hubungan Antara Persamaan Riccati Dan Persamaan Integral Volterra Tipe Dua [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper, a method for finding solution of the Riccati equation is introduced. The Riccatiequation is the first order inhomogeneous nonlinear ordinary differential equation (ODE) that can always be transformed into a second order homogeneous linear ...

Modeling species co‐occurrence effects to inform invasive barred owl management and recovery of the northern spotted owl

open access: yesEcological Applications, Volume 36, Issue 2, March 2026.
Abstract Robust estimation of wildlife populations represents a cornerstone of wildlife research and provides critical information to guide management, including identifying at‐risk species, setting harvest rates, and evaluating predator and invasive species control programs.

Addressing ecological challenges from a quantum computing perspective

open access: yesMethods in Ecology and Evolution, Volume 17, Issue 3, Page 632-649, March 2026.
Abstract With increased access to data and the advent of computers, the use of statistical tools and numerical simulations is becoming commonplace for ecologists. These approaches help improve our understanding of ecological phenomena and their underlying mechanisms in increasingly complex environments.

Estimation of generalised frequency response functions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Volterra series theory has a wide application in the representation, analysis, design and control of nonlinear systems. A new method of estimating the Volterra kernels in the frequency domain is introduced based on a non-parametric algorithm. Unlike the

Nonconvolution nonlinear integral volterra equations with monotone operators

open access: yesComputers & Mathematics with Applications, 2005
Some results about existence, uniqueness, and attractive behaviour of solutions for nonlinear Volterra integral equations with non-convolution kernels are presented in this paper. These results are based on similar ones about nonlinear Volterra integral equations with convolution kernels and some comparison techniques.

Fractional Novel Analytical Method (FNAM): An Improved Innovative Numerical Scheme to Solve Fractional Differential‐Difference Equations

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 2, February 2026.
This paper introduces the Fractional Novel Analytical Method (FNAM), a Taylor‐series‐based technique for approximating nonlinear fractional differential‐difference equations. Built on the Caputo derivative, FNAM achieves rapid convergence without relying on Adomian polynomials, perturbation schemes, or transform methods.

An Analytical and Approximate Solution for Nonlinear Volterra Partial Integro-Differential Equations with a Weakly Singular Kernel Using the Fractional Differential Transform Method

open access: yesInternational Journal of Differential Equations, 2018
An analytical-approximate method is proposed for a type of nonlinear Volterra partial integro-differential equations with a weakly singular kernel. This method is based on the fractional differential transform method (FDTM).
