Optimal control problems for some nonlocal differential equations
Nonlinear Analysis: Theory, Methods & Applications, 2001The direct methods of calculus were used to analyze the optimal control problems for some nonlocal differential equations. The problems involved functional-differential equations with argument deviation. The relaxation of a variational problem involving a local functional was reduced to some well-known convexification of the integrand.

Existence and regularity of solutions to nonlocal retarded differential equations
Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2009The authors consider the following retarded differential equation with general nonlocal history condition: \[ \begin{aligned} u'(t)+ Au(t)= f(t,u(t),u(b(t))),\qquad ...

Integration of Ordinary Differential Equations via Nonlocal Symmetries
Nonlinear Dynamics, 2002It is a classical result that \(n\)th-order ordinary differential equations with a solvable Lie algebra of point symmetries \(\mathfrak{g}\) (also called fundamental algebra of the equation) can be integrated by quadratures. The structure of the algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\) can also be used to obtain other simplifications or reductions of an equation ...

Nonlocal conditions for fractional differential equations
Studia Universitatis Babes-Bolyai MatematicaIn this work we use the method of lower and upper solutions to develop an iterative technique, which is not necessarily monotone, and combined with a fixed point theorem to prove the existence of at least one solution of nonlinear fractional differential equations with nonlocal boundary conditions of integral type.

Controllability of Semilinear Impulsive Differential Equations with Nonlocal Conditions
2008In this paper we examine the controllability problems of certain impulsive differential equations with nonlocal conditions. Using the Schaefer fixed-point theorem we obtain sufficient conditions for controllability and we give an application.

Measure Differential Equations with a General Nonlocal Condition
Set-Valued and Variational AnalysisThe paper is concerned with the existence of regulated solutions for measure differential equations with a nonlocal condition involving a set-valued map. The first result, imposing Kurzweil-Stieltjes integrability together with a powerful convergence result, is available in finite dimensional spaces.

HYERS-ULAM STABILITY FOR NONLOCAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS
Journal of Science Natural Science, 2020In this paper, we present a result on Hyers-Ulam stability for a class of nonlocal differential equations in Hilbert spaces by using the theory of integral equations with completely positive kernels together with a new Gronwall inequality type. The paper develops some recent results on fractional differential equations to the ones involving general ...
