Analyse and research of nonmetallic inclusion for steel 100Cr6

open access: yesMetalurgija, 2008
Steel 100Cr6 belongs to a group of hardened steels, which are applicable for production of rolling elements and rings. In this paper, the research results of presence the non-metallic inclusions and there chemical composition are presented for the steel produced in vacuum and open induction electric furnace and there influence on the standard proper ...

Orbital and Electrical Dual Function of Polymer Intercalant for Promoting NH4+ Storage in Vanadium Oxide Anode

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 11, March 18, 2025.
The impact of polyaniline insertion on the atomic orbitals and electronic structure of vanadium oxide anode is systematically investigated for the first time. The electrode exhibits an outstanding capacity and unprecedent long‐term cycling life, owing to the electron transition to the V 3dxy state and the enhanced diffusion kinetics.

The effect of nonmetallic inclusions on hydrogen embrittlement.

open access: yesJournal of the Society of Materials Science, Japan, 1987
The present work deals with the effects of nonmetallic inclusions on hydrogen assisted cracking (HAC) and its fracture morphology. Three point bending test was carried out, using hydrogen charged and uncharged specimens whose sulphur contents were changed in the range 10 to 510ppm.

Mitochondria‐Targeting Moieties Based on N‐Tethered Pyridinium Cations

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Pyridinium cations were benchmarked as mitochondria‐targeting moieties in a panel of N‐tethered fluorescent‐, bioactive‐, and inert‐cargo conjugates. 3,5‐Diphenylpyridinium (DPPy+) is a competent triphenylphosphonium (TPP+) surrogate, combining high mitochondria‐targeting efficiency with lower intrinsic effects on mitochondrial function.

Harnessing ferroptosis from multilayer defense networks to nanoplatforms for specific cancer therapy

open access: yesBMEMat, EarlyView.
Nanomaterials target metabolically‐regulated ferroptosis for cancer therapy. Iron‐based or alternative nanoplatforms integrate ferroptosis with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy. They enable stimulus‐responsive therapies (photothermal, photodynamic, sonodynamic) activated by near‐infrared, light, or ultrasound, achieving potent synergistic ...
