A novel multiphase composite was developed to prevent premature failure of waterproofing layers in pig houses. The system, comprising polyurethane, asphalt, and calcium carbonate, achieves a 1.35 MPa bonding strength and resists corrosion via a synergistic crosslinking, buffering, and passivation mechanism.

Their stable lattices, tunable band structures, and efficient charge transport enable improved light‐driven carrier separation, significantly enhancing pollutant degradation efficiency in advanced photocatalytic systems.
