Robotic Resection of Parapharyngeal Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma With Castleman Disease

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 2, Page 798-802, February 2026.
Parapharyngeal follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is rare and may occur with Castleman disease. We describe the successful transoral robotic resection of a parapharyngeal FDCS associated with Castleman disease, highlighting the role of the robotic approach in achieving tissue diagnosis and definitive treatment.

Insulin or Dapagliflozin Potentially Improves Microcirculatory Dysfunction or INOCA Related to Culprit Vessels in Diabetic Patients With STEMI After DCB Therapy During Long‐Term Follow‐Up

open access: yesJournal of Diabetes, Volume 18, Issue 2, February 2026.
This finding highlights the critical importance of closely managing glycemic control, especially when using insulin or dapagliflozin, in diabetic patients with STEMI after DCB treatment. Such measures may potentially improve microcirculatory dysfunction and reduce the risk of IRA‐INOCA, thereby enhancing long‐term cardiovascular outcomes.

Ex Vivo Spatiotemporal Characterization of Spermatogenesis in Mouse Testicular Organoids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 4, 19 January 2026.
To date, in vitro spermatogenesis remains a challenge in reproductive medicine. In this study, Sun et al. developed a promising in vitro strategy to generate testicular organoids that enable germ cells from newborn mice to enter meiosis, complete chromosome recombination and synapsis, and develop into haploid spermatids.
