Hierarchical Summary Statistics Encoding Across Primary Visual and Posterior Parietal Cortices
This study shows that mouse V1 simultaneously encodes the ensemble mean and variance of motion, providing a robust summary‐statistic representation that persists despite single‐neuron variability. These signals propagate to PPC, where they are transformed into abstract category representations during decision making.

A Scalable Framework for Comprehensive Typing of Polymorphic Immune Genes from Long‐Read Data
SpecImmune introduces a unified computational framework optimized for long‐read sequencing to resolve over 400 highly polymorphic immune genes. This scalable approach achieves high‐resolution typing, enabling the discovery of cross‐family co‐evolutionary networks and population‐specific diversity.

A real‐world data‐driven approach to optimizing enoxaparin dosing in burn patients
Aim Enoxaparin dosing in burn patients is challenging due to physiological changes affecting absorption, distribution and clearance. The objectives of this study are to develop a population pharmacokinetic (PK) model for enoxaparin in burn patients, evaluate target attainment with current equation‐based (EQ) dosing and propose an optimized dosing ...

Abstract Aims Population pharmacokinetic (popPK) and pharmacokinetic‐pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) models were developed to support clinical development of nemolizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the IL‐31 receptor α, in adolescents and adults with moderate‐to‐severe atopic dermatitis (AD).

The size and shape of niche spaces or trait spaces are often analysed using hypervolumes estimated from data. The hypervolume R package has previously supported such analyses via descriptive but not inferential statistics. This gap has limited the use of

This systematic review identified 112 population pharmacokinetic models of vancomycin in neonates and children. To support rational model selection for model‐informed precision, we developed and applied expert‐driven, transparent criteria that integrate both methodological rigour and clinical relevance.

Testing serial independence using the sample distribution function [PDF]
This paper presents and discusses a nonparametric test for detecting serial dependence. We consider a Cramèr-v.Mises statistic based on the difference between the joint sample distribution and the product of the marginals.
