Scalar-fermion analytic bootstrap in 4D

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
In this work we discuss an analytic bootstrap approach [1, 2] in the context of spinning 4D conformal blocks [3, 4]. As an example we study the simplest spinning case, the scalar-fermion correlator ϕ ψ ϕ ψ ¯ $$ \left\langle \phi\ \psi\ \phi\ \overline ...

Quantum fermion superradiance and vacuum ambiguities on charged black holes

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Unlike a classical charged bosonic field, a classical charged fermion field on a static charged black hole does not exhibit superradiant scattering. We demonstrate that the quantum analogue of this classical process is however present.

New nonperturbative scales and glueballs in confining supersymmetric gauge theories

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
We show that new nonperturbative scales exist in four-dimensional N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 super-Yang-Mills theory compactified on a circle, with an iterated-exponential dependence on the inverse gauge coupling.

Squeezing, chaos and thermalization in periodically driven quantum systems: the case of bosonic preheating

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
The phenomena of Squeezing and chaos have recently been studied in the context of inflation. We apply this formalism in the post-inflationary preheating phase.

Precocious scaling and nonperturbative effects in QCD

open access: yesZeitschrift für Physik C Particles and Fields, 1983
The onset of nonperturbative effects in QCD is studied in two ways: (1) by means of the nonvanishing vacuum expectation value of 〈g2F2〉 introduced by Shifman, Vainshtein and Zakharov; (2) using a finite energy sum rule (FESR) for the renormalization group function β.

Nonperturbative region of effective strong coupling

open access: yes, 2013
In the framework of Poincar covariant quark model the behavior of running coupling constant $ _{s}\left(Q^{2}\right)$ is considered in $Q < 1 \mbox{GeV}$ region. An analysis was carried out for pseudoscalar and vector mesons with lepton decay constants, masses (obtained from model dependent) and nucleon spin rules required to match their ...

Sudakov logs and power corrections for selected event shapes

open access: yes, 2004
I summarize the results of recent studies analyzing perturbative and nonperturbative effects of soft gluon radiation on the distributions of the C-parameter and of the class of angularities, by means of dressed gluon exponentiation.Comment: Talk given at
