A note on nonperturbative renormalization of effective field theory [PDF]

open access: yesJ.Phys.A42:345402,2009, 2009
Within the realm of contact potentials, the key structures intrinsic of nonperturbative renormalization of $T$-matrices are unraveled using rigorous solutions and an inverse form of algebraic Lippmann-schwinger equation. The intrinsic mismatches between effective field theory power counting and nonperturbative divergence structures are shown for the ...

Nonperturbative infrared effects for light scalar fields in de Sitter space [PDF]

open access: greenClass. Quantum Grav. 29 (2012) 215014, 2011
We study the phi^4 scalar field theory in de Sitter space using the 2PI effective action formalism. This formalism enables us to investigate the nonperturbative quantum effects. We use the mean field and gap equations and calculate the physical mass and effective potential.

Effects of Screening of the Instantons in Nonperturbative QCD [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 1998
The gluon fields screening in the stochastic vacuum of gluodynamics is studied. The effective action is derived for the instanton interacting with nonperturbative fields. Quantum nonperturbative effects are shown to affect greatly the shape of instanton.

Stabilizing moduli with thermal matter and nonperturbative effects [PDF]

open access: greenPhysical Review D, 2008
Even with recent progress, it is still very much an open question to understand how all compactification moduli are stabilized, since there are several mechanisms. For example, it is possible to generate a scalar potential either classically or through nonperturbative effects, such as gaugino condensation.

Cosmic Inflation and Genetic Algorithms

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 71, Issue 1, January 2023., 2023
Abstract Large classes of standard single‐field slow‐roll inflationary models consistent with the required number of e‐folds, the current bounds on the spectral index of scalar perturbations, the tensor‐to‐scalar ratio, and the scale of inflation can be efficiently constructed using genetic algorithms.

Critical behavior of the 2d scalar theory: resumming the N8LO perturbative mass gap

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We apply the optimized perturbation theory (OPT) to resum the perturbative series describing the mass gap of the bidimensional ϕ 4 theory in the ℤ2 symmetric phase.
