SN Business & Economics, 2023 This exploratory study assessed the leadership dispositions of nonprofit leaders, particularly those in executive director roles or higher. The Nonprofit Leadership Dispositions Survey was completed by 99 nonprofit leaders in private human services nonprofits in New York State. Descriptive analysis was used to understand the dominant dispositions.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Arthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.Objective Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) use in limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) is relatively uncommon because of the lower fibrotic burden and the predominance of vascular complications. In vitro observations and clinical data from transplanted patients suggest a protective effect of MMF on endothelial function.
