Dynamic programming in economics on a quantum annealer
We introduce novel algorithms for solving dynamic programming problems in economics on a quantum annealer, a specialized quantum computer used for combinatorial optimization. Quantum annealers begin in a superposition of all states and generate candidate global solutions in milliseconds, regardless of problem size.

Black-hole solution without curvature singularity and closed timelike curves
With a prescribed Coulomb-type energy-momentum tensor, an exact solution of the Einstein field equations over a nonsimply-connected manifold is presented. This spherically symmetric solution has neither curvature singularities nor closed timelike curves.

ABSTRACT As a medicinal‐food homologous species, Dendrobium huoshanense (DH) exhibits promising antidiabetic properties; however, its underlying molecular mechanisms and bioactive components require further systematic investigation. This study investigated the antidiabetic mechanisms of DH through integrated chemical profiling, network pharmacology ...

Zingiber odoriferum (Zingiberaceae), a critically endangered ginger species endemic to Java, Indonesia, is ecologically vital yet genomically understudied. We present the first complete chloroplast (cp) genome (163 538 bp), revealing a quadripartite structure with a large single‐copy region (88 033 bp), a small single‐copy region (15 885 bp), and a ...

A nonstandard construction of direct limit group actions [PDF]
Manevitz and Weinberger proved that the existence of faithful $K$-Lipschitz $\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z}$-actions implies the existence of faithful $K$-Lipschitz $\mathbb{Q}/\mathbb{Z}$-actions.

Mechanism proposed for the humps in topological ferromagnet. a) Hysteresis loops of σxy in external uniaxial magnetic field Hz and b) Anomalous Hall conductivity σxy as a function of polar angle θ. Data for |h⃗|$|\vec{h}|$ = 3t and λR/t = 0.08. A, B, and C are the states of the 2D topological ferromagnets.

"Possible Definitions of an ’A Priori’ Granule\ud in General Rough Set Theory" by A. Mani [PDF]
We introduce an abstract framework for general rough set theory from a mereological perspective and consider possible concepts of ’a priori’ granules and granulation in the same.

Fehrele's principle in nonstandard topology
In nonstandard analysis, Fehrele's principle is a beautiful criterion for a set to be internal, stating that every galactic halic set is internal. In this note, we use this principle to prove some well-known results in topology, including slight generalisations of the Moore-Osgood theorem and Dini's theorem.

Research Advances of Extrachromosomal Circular DNA in Breast Cancer
ABSTRACT Background This article presents an extensive review of the advancements in research concerning extrachromosomal circular DNA (ecDNA) within the context of breast cancer. As a distinct form of DNA, ecDNA is critically involved in the initiation, progression, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer.
