The Approach to Seasonal Unemployment in the Nordic Countries: A Comparison with Canada

This paper compares policies with respect to seasonal unemployment in the five Nordic countries with Canada. A key finding of this study is that unlike Canada Nordic countries do notspecifically address seasonal employment.
