Second derivative General Linear Method in Nordsieck form
This paper considers the construction of second derivative general linear methods (SD-GLM) from hybrid LMM and their transformation to Nordsieck GLM. How the Runge-Kutta starters for the methods can be derived are given.

Some efficient Nordsieck integration methods for IVPs [PDF]
In this paper, in continuation of the construction of efficient numerical methods for stiff IVPs, we construct type two Nordsieck second derivative general linear methods with order p = s, where s is the number of internal stages, and stage order q = p ...

Nordsieck methods with inherent quadratic stability
We derive suffcient conditions which guarantee that the stability polynomial of Nordsieck method for ordinary differential equations has only two nonzero roots. Examples of such methods up to order four are presented which are A-and L-stable.

Implementation of explicit Nordsieck methods with inherent quadratic stability
The present paper deals with the implementation in a variable-step algorithm of general linear methods in Nordsieck form with inherent quadratic stability and large stability regions constructed recently by Braś and Cardone. Various implementation issues

Optimization-based search for nordsieck methods of high order with quadratic stability polynomials
We describe the search for explicit general linear methods in Nordsieck form for which the stability function has only two nonzero roots. This search is based on state-of-the-art optimization software.

Construction of Nordsieck Second Derivative General Linear Methods with Inherent Quadratic Stability
This paper describes the construction of second derivative general linear methods in Nordsieck form with stability properties determined by quadratic stability functions. This is achieved by imposing the so–called inherent quadratic stability conditions.

Resilient biotic response to long-term climate change in the Adriatic Sea. [PDF]
The latest Quaternary fossil record from sediment cores in the Adriatic coastal systems indicates that nearshore mollusk assemblages of the penultimate interglacial shifted in their faunal composition during the subsequent ice age, and then reassembled again with the return of interglacial climate in the Holocene. These shifts point to a climate‐driven

One-Point Spectrum Nordsieck Almost Collocation Methods
A family of multivalue collocation methods for the numerical solution of differen- tial problems is proposed. These methods are developed in order to be suitable for the solu- tion of stiff problems, since they are highly stable and do not suffer from order reduction, as they have uniform order of convergence in the whole integration interval.

Implementing second-derivative multistep methods using the Nordsieck polynomial representation [PDF]
A polynomial representation for the second-derivative linear multistep methods for solving ordinary differential equations is presented. This representation leads to an implementation of the second-derivative methods using the Nordsieck polynomial representation. Possible advantages of such an implementation are then discussed.
