A portable, stir bar‐based electrochemical sensor–DECAF–enables rapid and accurate caffeine detection in beverages. Using laser‐induced graphene electrodes and a phosphate‐buffered absorbent layer, DECAF quantifies caffeine in just 5 min over a 0.5 to 5.0 mM range with minimal sample volume.
