Stereotyped Subclones Revealed by High‐Density Single‐Cell Lineage Tracing Support Robust Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Based on a well‐established in vitro directed differentiation model and an integrated analysis of high‐density cell lineage trees (CLTs) and single‐cell transcriptomes, it is demonstrated that many subclones are formed by sub‐CLTs resembling each other in terms of both cell type compositions and topological structures.

Theorem proving for non-normal modal logics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
In this work we briefly summarize our recent contributions in the field of proof methods, theorem proving and countermodel generation for non-normal modal logics. We first recall some labelled sequent calculi for the basic system E and its extensions with axioms M, N, and C based on bi-neighbourhood semantics.

Controllable Preparation of Millimeter‐Scale In‐Plane Charged Domain Wall in a Lead‐Free Ferroelectric Film

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an effective method for fabricating millimeter‐scale continuous in‐plane head‐to‐head charged domain walls by controlling the growth of the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 film. The formation of antiphase boundaries plays a crucial role in stabilizing the charged domain walls. Atomic‐scale insights reveal that the dynamic coupling among polarization,
