Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Distant two-qubit gates in atomic array with Rydberg interaction using geometric quantum control
Connectivity between qubits plays an irreplaceable role in quantum computation. An urgent task of quantum computation based on atomic arrays is to generate effective coupling between two distant qubits, thereby enhancing connectivity.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Normal structure and the sum-property [PDF]
The first permanence result for normal structure is due to Belluce, Kirk and Steine: The \(\ell^ N_{\infty}\)-direct sum of N normally structured normed spaces again has normal structure. The author of this paper continues for discussion on it. For \(Z=(R^ N,| \cdot |)\) with symmetric norm \(| \cdot |\) the Z-direct sum of the normed spaces \(X_ 1,...,

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

A Note on the Kadec-Klee Property
The objective of this paper is to rigorously define the Kadec-Klee property for modular spaces endowed with a sequential convergence structure, and to demonstrate that this property leads to normal structure in such spaces.
