Composition and spatial distribution of cephalopods in two north-western Mediterranean areas

The faunistic composition and the spatial distribution of the cephalopod fauna were studied and compared in two areas of the north-western Mediterranean: the Catalan Sea (Spanish coast) and the northern Tyrrhenian Sea (Italian coast). In all, 46 species were collected in the Catalan Sea and 36 in the northern Tyrrhenian Sea.

Extreme Climate Events in Morocco: Historical Analysis and Future Projections Based on CMIP6 Simulations

Projections of Meteorological Drought and Potential Evapotranspiration Using the RegCM4 Over Northeastern Iran

Climatology and Trends of Sub‐Daily Precipitation Extremes in Croatia

Sub‐daily extreme precipitation indices reveal pronounced spatial variability, with the highest intensities and frequencies across the Adriatic region and the highlands. Seasonal and diurnal patterns highlight distinct regional behaviour, including summer maxima over the continental interior and nocturnal or early‐morning peaks along the Adriatic coast.

Late Quaternary climatic variability in the Eastern Mediterranean recorded in Hermes Cave, Corinth Rift, Greece
