SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF MORPHOLOGY OF POLYMORPHIC AGLOMERATES OF NANOSCALE ZINC OXIDE
The paper presents results of the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles. The study of nanoparticles with the help of XRD showed that the samples have a wurtzite structure with an average crystallite size of 17 nm.
