Haemophilia in northern Nigeria.
The Central African journal of medicine, 1995Thirteen patients from 11 families were diagnosed as cases of haemophilia A or B during 1977 to 1984. The majority presented with post circumcisional bleeding. Cryoprecipitate and packed red cells were used in the management. Haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders are not as rare as otherwise assumed.
