Stable Magnetic Nanodomains Engineered Via Ga+‐ion Irradiation For Deterministic Sequential Switching

Tiny magnetic regions separated by domain walls can store data, but controlling them precisely is difficult. We use focused ion beams to create nanoscale “anisotropy wells” that pin these walls from both sides. This bidirectional pinning holds domains stable in either direction, even with no field applied.

This study investigates the feasibility of scaling up Prussian White (PW)‐based cathode manufacturing at a pilot scale. Through careful PW dehydration combined with optimized aqueous processing, we report the stepwise development of industrially relevant 1 Ah pouch cells and evaluate their performance under various conditions.
