Geological profile of the Lubuška pit, Northern Velebit, Croatia
2018The Lubuška pit is located in the area of the Strict Reserve “Hajdučki and Rožanski kukovi“ within the borders of the Northern Velebit National Park. Its entrance is situated at 1495 m above sea level. During previous speleological expeditions the pit has been explored to a depth of 508 m.

2012Ulazi u duboke jame Hrvatske nalaze se na visokim nadmorskim visinama od preko 1000 m. Prosječne godišnje temperature tih područja vrlo su niske, jednako kao i temperature u gornjim dijelovima speleoloških objekata, a sami objekti često su puni snijega i leda. 2014Krasno polje se nahaja v severnem Velebitu v Dinarskem gorstvu na Hrvaškem. Kraško polje je popolnoma zapolnjeno s prodom in v hidrološkem pogledu neaktivno. Ugotovili smo, da so bila pobočja nad poljem v hladnejših obdobjih pleistocena izrazito preoblikovana z ledeniškim delovanjem.
