NOSEMOSIS OF HONEY BEES IN WEST KAZAKHSTAN REGION

The article deals with methods of diagnostics of nosema disease in honey bees, as well as factors contributing to its spread. Diagnosis of the disease is based on epizootologic data, clinical signs, morphologic changes in the middle intestine and microscopic examination of pathmaterial.

Bu çalışma 2006-2010 yılları arasında Merkez Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü, Arı Hastalıkları Laboratuvarına yapılan başvuruları varroosis ve nosemosis yönünden değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu süre içerisinde Türkiye’nin 36 farklı ilinden 140 başvuru yapılmış; 179 petek ve 20606 arı incelenmiştir.

The Prevalence of Nosemosis in Honey Bee in The Province of Kars

 Kars yöresindeki bal arılarında (Apis mellifera) nosemosis’ in prevalansını saptamak amacıyla 8 ana yerleşim yerinden tesadüfen seçilen 50 arılıktan arı numuneleri alınmıştır. Arılıklar Mayıs 2001- Eylül 2002 tarihleri arasında bir kez ziyaret edilmiş ve toplam 1892 koloniden rastgele seçilen 343 (% 18.13) arı kovanından arı örnekleri alınmıştır.

Nozemoza na pčelinjaku nanosi značajne štete. Štete su u smanjenim prinosima i gubitcima zajednica. Najavom prestanka obavezne dijagnostike i suzbijanja nozemoze na temelju Naredbe o mjerama zaštite životinja od zaraznih i nametničkih bolesti, te zabranjene upotrebe antibiotika (fumagilina).opasnost od ove bolesti postaje jš veća.
