The structure characterized of Nostoc commune polysaccharide and antioxidant activity of Gansu Nostoc commune

Abstract In this paper，Nostoc commune crude polysaccharide was extracted by hot water and Ultrasonic-assisted extraction, then purified by DEAE-cellulose52 cellulose column chromatography and Sephacryl G-100 gel column chromatography. Homogeneous polysaccharide HNCP3 extracted with hot water and UNCP4 extracted by ultrasound were obtained.

Abstract In the McMurdo Dry Valleys, Antarctica's largest ice‐free area, the stream channels consist of rock and sediment that are underlain by permafrost. Substantial permafrost degradation and channel erosion occurred in January 2012 on the west branch of Crescent Stream, while the east branch remained unaffected.
