Cresol Novolac/Epoxy Networks: Synthesis, Properties, and Processability
Void-free phenolic networks have been prepared by the reaction of phenolic novolac resins with various diepoxides. The stoichiometric ratio can be adjusted to achieve networks with good mechanical properties while maintaining excellent flame retardance.
