Tiivistelmä. Kandidaatintyön tarkoituksena oli tarkastella vaihtoehtoisia raaka-aineita NPK- lannoitteiden valmistukseen. Tarkastelin työssä myös nykyisille raaka-aineille vaihtoehtoisia tuotantotapoja. Työhön valitsemisen perusteena pidin pääasiassa raaka- aineen tuotantomenetelmän ympäristöystävällisyyttä.
